All our fruit vinegars are made in The Vale of Belvoir with 5% white or spirit vinegar. We add British Sugar to fix the fruit flavours. The overall effect is one full fruity taste, with a relatively mild vinegar effect. All three vinegars are available in 100ml glass bottles with a screw cap, 250ml glass bottles.
